Beautiful Bartle Hall Wedding photography for Charlotte and Lee’s perfect Weddding Day. For this Wedding I had the pleasure of working alongside Jon Bird who filmed it all.

I started the day with Charlotte at The Midland hotel in Morecambe. Charlotte and Lee both stayed at the Midland the night before the wedding. In separate rooms obviously. You can’t be seeing your groom the morning of your wedding day ha. The suite at the Midland was perfect for Charlotte to get ready in. Nice big windows for me and the Make up Artist and a huge space for Charlotte to get in her gorgeous dress.

My favourite part of the Midland is the show stopping staircase. It would have been wrong for Charlotte to go down the lift, I asked her to walk down the staircase. This walk made for some awesome photographs, she looked stunning walking down. The whole place stopped to look.

Lancaster Cathedral for the Ceremony

Charlotte and her Mum made their way over to Lancaster Cathedral in a lovely vintage car. This car suited the Cathedral perfectly. Lee was patiently waiting for his Bride to arrive and boy was she worth waiting for. Charlotte looked amazing walking down the very long aisle of Lancaster Cathedral. After the service we did some group shots outside and of course there was lots of confetti. Lee and Charlotte then made their way over to Bartle Hall for their wedding reception.

Bartle Hall Wedding Reception

This was such a good Bartle Hall wedding. They had the whole place, so we could make the most of all the grounds. They had their wedding breakfast in the main building which was the perfect size for Charlotte and Lee’s guest list. After the meal we had time for some Bride and Groom portraits in Bartle Hall’s Gardens. We were lucky that the sun made an appearance through the trees as well, which led to some awesome lens flares and sun rays. I love using natural light in my images so I was very excited when the sun made an appearance.
