Family Photography – Location Shoots

Family Photography is something that will be cherished for years to come, it no longer has to be the formal traditional photographs in your Sunday best, stood uncomfortably with your family. Why not capture your family exactly as they are, the laughter, the emotion, the chaos if your family’s anything like mine.

What do you love to do as family? Walk the dog, go to the fair ground, have a stroll down the prom, play at the park, what ever you all love to do I can tag a long with my camera and capture all the natural laughter and smiles exactly as they happen, no stiff awkward poses just relaxed natural family photography.

A lovely Spring Family Photography Shoot

Here’s a little post about a family location shoot I photographed this time last year. It was a beautiful Spring sunny day, awesome weather for some family fun at the park. Williamson’s Park in Lancaster is the perfect location for some Family Photography. The variety in backdrops is amazing, from the architecture of Ashton Memorial to the view across the bay, and the gorgeous grounds of the park. Spring is the perfect time for a Family Photography shoot, the sun’s out, the flowers are out, the blossoms appearing on the trees, everyone’s generally excited that Summer is on it’s way, plus you can get rid of the wooly hats and get out the shades. Little Elsie was the star of this Family session, after all she was the newest addition to the family. Here’s a few of my favourites from this shoot…..
