A beautiful Wyrebank Garstang Wedding for Levi and Paul
Levi and Paul chose to tie the knot at St Helen’s Church in Churchtown followed by their reception at Wryebank Garstang Wedding Venue.
I started the day at Paul’s folks house where the lads were waiting to strip down into their boxers and shirts for a photograph. Yep you heard me right!! A bit of a Joke amongst the lads. I then made my way over to the Girls who were just round the corner at Levi’s. The girls were very busy getting ready. Having hair and Makeup done. Six bridesmaids and a Bride is a lot to get ready but it all ran smoothly. Levi had planned it all perfectly and they were ready on time, if not early!!!
St Helens Church Ceremony
The wedding ceremony took place at the beautiful St Helens Church in Churchtown near Garstang. The ceremony was lovely and the Vicar really got into it. You could tell he enjoys what he does which was lovely to see.
We then made our way over to The Wryebank Garstang for the wedding reception. Wryebank function suite is in the perfect spot. Sat right on the canal with a view across the marina. Which filled with lots of different canal barges. They also make for a great photography backdrop. The weather was perfect. We even got a bit of “Golden Hour” didn’t we guys?! Levi and Paul know how excited I get about Golden hour. The light is gorgeous as the sun starts to go down behind the trees. I prefer to do Bride and Groom portraits later on in the day not only because the light is usually nicer but because the Bride and Groom have had chance to mingle with their guests and have enjoyed them selves. Then they tend to enjoy the time more being a lone with just the two of them and me of course!
Thanks again for choosing me as your wedding photography guys, I enjoyed every second. Here’s just a few of my Favourites I found it hard to choose for the blog as there was so many I loved but I feel these photographs tell the story of the day perfectly.
