A Super Gorgeous Colourful Holmes Mill Wedding

Holmes Mill is such a unique Wedding Venue. It’s not everyones cup of tea but boy is it mine, Industrial Chic at it’s best. The interior designer in me absolutely loves it.

Holmes Mill is in the heart of Clitheroe, a former textile mill. The Mill has been restored, showcasing its heritage and history while still retaining a luxurious and modern feel. There’s also so much more going on – a Duckpin Bowling Alley, on-site Brewery and the pretty fancy Bar & Grill – it’s just pretty perfect for a quirky wedding venue. I love it when spaces are designed around something else, like the old mill engine room. Which is the perfect spot for some cool couple portraits.

Charlotte & Ollie’s Holmes Mill Wedding Day

So yes Holmes Mill definetly ticked all the boxes for Charlotte and Ollie. Charlotte and her Bridesmaids were all able to get ready in the boutique hotel. The fizz was flowing and everyone was super chilled getting ready, with the lovely Judith from Judith aimsworth Hair and Kathryn Elizabeth doing Makeup.

The bowland brewery function room at Holmes mill is a gorgeous rustic room, with a view of the brewery and above the beer hall. It’s perfect for a different ceremony location and perfect for a good old party in the evening. Talking of which the Party was pretty epic thanks to the awesome Parka Monkeys, such an awesome band. The dance floor was ramped.
